Webbidk if this works wit origin version but just use cc magic. it does those files for you. run cc magic once. quit. put the downloads stuff in the Documents\The Sims 3\Mods\Downloads folder, run cc magic again and hit the rebuild button. cc magic can install both .package and sims3packs. but dont install worlds with cc magic though.
