WebNov 1, 2010 · The E7TE heads were mostly used on trucks and are often reffered to as "E7 truck heads". They make pretty good low end torque but by 4000 rpms you are "sucking through a straw". I can't remember the valve sizes, I think they have 60-61 cc chambers. If I remember right that is about 9:1 on a 302 with flat tops.
