WebFeb 11, 2024 · Can't print to it, none of the buttons work, try and press and hold the power button and get "Cannot turn off". Tried unplugging it, waiting and plugging back in and it goes right back to Sending Fax as soon as you turn it on. It's not even hooked up to a phone line. 1 person had this problem.
