WebSimply cut your design out of regular vinyl and adhere it to the silk in the frame. I also use HTV (clear is best for my purposes) since HTV is easier to weed projects with tiny details. Then I can simply iron the HTV to the silk screen material. Both methods wash nicely so all of my stencils are reusable.
