To save a little I thought of spray dying both., I tried it on a section of the seats but even after drying for a week it didn't pass the "white glove" test [rubbing across it leaves a faint color red on the glove] So I am going to try it only on the headliner since no one will be sitting on that. Web4oz - will touch up about 2-4 seats, or dye one entire chair. 8oz - will dye two entire chairs, or touch up a 4-door sedan. 16oz - will dye a 4-door vehicle. 32oz - will dye a 4-door or 3rd row vehicle, along with associated consoles and door panels.
