WebMount dropping rares are only up for the faction that controls it for the two phases, attacking and patrol. That's what I have seen at least. I park my Horde and Ally on moxi and athia (sp?) and just flip them with the control to farm the mount. Edit: horde has darkshore ATM so go on a horde toon.
